St. Louis’s first African-American Circuit Attorney tells the Jaco Report that a culture of lying and cover-ups inside the city police department means she’s refusing to prosecute cases brought to her by officers who are suspected of lying. Kim Gardner says she’s had to dismiss over 90 cases because they were tainted by officers allegedly caught lying in the past.
